Co-produced by TVP2 documentary films regularly win awards at Polish and international film festivals. The last few weeks turned out to be very fruitful.

Just a few days ago a document entitled "Call me Marianna," directed by Karolina Bielawska won the Audience Award at the 14th edition of the Gdańsk DocFilm Festival. The Jury gave honourable mentions to Maria Vita Drygas for the film "Piano" and Aleksandra Maciuszek for a Polish-Cuban-Mexican co-production "Casa Blanca". All the acclaimed films were made in coproduction with TVP2.

Aleksandra Maciuszek for her film "Casa Blanca" received the Student Jury Award for the best feature film as part of the 26th edition of the Brazilian Festival Cine Ceará that ended on June 22. Film "End of the World", co-produced by TVP directed by Monika Pawluczuk, has just received Best Middle Length Documentary Award at the Tirana International Documentary Film Festival that is taking place between 1-8 July in Albania. May of this year was also fruitful for the Polish documents in Italy. The Grand Prize of Trento Film Festival was granted to Anca Damian, the author of "The Magic Mountain". This is another award in the last few weeks for the film coproduced by TVP2.
