"The Decalogue" is the most outstanding work of the director. It includes a ten-episode series produced by Polish Public Television and two cinema versions of these episodes, i.e. "A Short Film About Killing" and "A Short Film About Love". Each episode of the series refers to one of the Ten Commandments.

Archival interviews with the director, accounts of the co-author of the screenplay, Krzysztof Piesiewicz, operators and actors constitute a guide for the visitors.

The exhibition in Krakow commemorates the anniversaries associated with the director. Year 2016 marks the 20th anniversary of death of Krzysztof Kieslowski, and the 75th anniversary of his birth.

The exhibition is open for visitors between July 7 till August 28 in Krakow’s Palace of Arts. It is a part of the official program of World Youth Day in Krakow. The admission is free during WYD.
