A great success of “The Crown of the Kings”

The average audience of the first five episodes of this colourful costume drama broadcasted between 1st and 4th January 2018 amounted to 3.09 million viewers. This number translates into 20.08% of TV market share among all viewers and 12.37% in 16-49 audience group. The first two episodes aired on the New Year’s Day were followed by 3.71 million viewers, while the average audience of the episodes broadcasted on weekdays was 2.61 million. TVP was the leader of the television market in 4+ group at the time the production was aired. 

A 5-episode rerun marathon aired on Saturday, January 6th, had the average audience of 797k viewers (respectively 8.91% share in the 4+ and 5.52% in the 16-49 group). The first episode of the marathon broadcasted at 9:10 am had 445k viewers and the audience of the last episode (aired at 11:20 am) increased to 1.10 million.
