Edmund owns a little bistro that is going to the dogs. Every weekend he asks his son to help him around the diner. Antek reluctantly works as a waiter, cleaner, and bartender and performs any other job that comes along. That is not all, however, because Antek also has to deal with his dad’s crazy ideas to get the diner back on its feet. Antek’s friends, daydreaming Hanka and snooty Kazik, come to the rescue. Unfortunately, they often only cause additional problems. Matters get more complicated by Sandra, a fussy girl with whom Antek is hopelessly in love.
