The film presents the region of northeastern Syria, i.e. Rojava during the first three weeks of Turkish military operation. The film tries to answer the following questions: what does this war really look like and how much civilians are affected? Why has Turkey decided to attack the forces that contributed to the victory over the Islamic State in Syria? Have all Americans betrayed the Kurds? The documentary shows how the establishment of Rojava has influenced the growing up of young people in the region and what the new war means to them.
