Ewelina and her friend, Grażyna, support each other in their constant, everyday struggle in communicating with their sons who are comatose patients of The Alarm Clock Clinic in Warsaw, in which more than fifty children have miraculously regained consciousness from a post-traumatic coma. Away from home for many months, they fight against time for every little movement of a finger or blink of an eye of their children, which gives them hope for developing a new way of communicating with them. The clinic’s experts decide to test an innovative method of contacting children through a braincomputer interface.
