The most famous battle in Polish history, presented from the points of view of the three of its most important participants: King of Poland Władysław Jagiełło, Grand Duke of Lithuania Vytautas, and Grand Master of the Teutonic Order Ulrich von Jungingen. Their characters are re-enacted by the actors who play the aforementioned roles in the popular series The Crown of the Kings. The Jagiellonians – Sebastian Skoczeń, Michał Chorosiński and Szymon Nygard. They set out from contemporary Kraków, Vilnius and Malbork to meet on the field of the Battle of Grunwald and at the same time bring the viewers closer to the motivations, experiences and feelings of their characters. The film is not merely a documentary with commentary presented by historians on the origins, course and significance of the battle. The creators added fictional depictions, which will bring the viewer into the world of the greatest triumph in the history of the Polish army.
